UNICUS Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing UNICUS! Since our products (such as custom-designed figures) are uniquely personalized, please review the following policies regarding production and shipping before placing your order.
1. Production & Delivery Timeline
Every Unicus item is custom-made to order. The total time to receive your order consists of two stages:
- Production Phase: Takes 2–5 business days, as each item is individually custom-designed and handcrafted.
- Shipping Phase: Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method (see Section 2 below).
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Expedited: 5–10 business days
- Standard: 8–14 business days
Please note: All timeframes above refer to transit time only and do not include the production phase.
3. International Shipping
We ship to over 230 countries and regions worldwide, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and many more. Applicable shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
Because our products are custom-designed, refund eligibility depends on the current stage of your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
In summary:
- Before the design preview is sent → 100% refund
- After receiving the design preview, choose not to proceed → 50% refund
- After approving the design → No refund, as production has begun
Important: Please review your design preview carefully. Once you approve the design, the order moves immediately into final production and can no longer be altered.
