From a single idea to a system.
Six years, three generations of figures, 1.2 million stories.
It began with a simple, personal feeling: so many of life's best moments live only as photos on our phones — fleeting, forgettable, buried in a camera roll. We wanted to find a way to bring them into the physical world.
We launched our first-generation brick figures — square-faced, a little rough around the edges, yet full of heart. From the very beginning, we held one belief: personalization should belong to everyone, not just a privileged few.
Orders surpassed 10,000. The market had spoken — but it also revealed a deeper truth. True personalization couldn't run on templates and manual fixes. We needed to rethink the entire workflow.
So we built our own 5,500 m² flexible manufacturing factory and developed proprietary automated production lines — solving the fundamental bottleneck of traditional custom manufacturing: high cost, low efficiency, and limited capacity.
With our technology and production systems fully in place, we introduced our second-generation round-face figures. Sales grew tenfold. We became the fastest-growing brand in the gifting category and received multiple industry design awards.
We introduced our third-generation puffy-face figures, featuring diverse handheld accessories and immersive environments — our most expressive and lifelike designs yet. Global growth accelerated. We began to receive messages like this.

How long will it take to get my order?
What photo works best for customization?
The more visible details we can see, the more accurately we can bring the design to life.
If an important detail is not visible in your main photo — such as a hairstyle, jacket, jewelry, tattoo, or accessory — feel free to upload additional reference photos. They will help us better understand the full look.
Can I cancel or change my order?
After design has started but before approval: eligible for a 50% refund to cover the designer’s work.
After design approval: as each piece is custom-made, further changes, returns, or refunds can no longer be accepted.
