How long will it take to get my order?

Production takes 7–15 days, as each figure is custom-designed. Once shipped, domestic (US) delivery typically takes another 7–15 business days.

What photo works best for customization?

High-quality, front-facing photos with clear lighting work best. Make sure the entire face and hair are visible and avoid blurry or dark images to ensure the best detail.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Before design starts: Full refund.

After design begins (but before approval): 50% refund to cover the designer's work.

After design approval: Since it’s a custom product, we cannot accept further changes or returns.

Do they come with detailed instructions?

Yes, our digital instruction manual allows you to view each assembly step in 360° rotation, with zoom in and out functionality for a closer look.

Can I see a preview before production?

Absolutely. We will send you a digital preview for your confirmation. Once you approve the design, we begin the final production and shipping process.

Do I have to assemble the figure myself?

Yes, and it’s easy! Your figure arrives unassembled. We provide a 360° interactive digital manual that lets you zoom and rotate every step for a stress-free building experience.

What happens to the photos I upload?

We are the sole owners of the information you provide. We will not sell or share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

Is there a discount for bulk purchases?

Yes! Discounts depend on the quantity purchased. Contact our customer service for details.

What if some pieces are missing or damaged?
