How does the preview work?
Upload a clear photo and a personalized brick-style preview will be created for you to review and confirm before checkout. Generating a preview does not start production.
Can I include multiple people or pets?
The generator supports up to 5 people in one design. Larger groups can be created separately—for example, 7 people as 5 plus 2. Pets can be selected from our Pets collection.
How long will my order take?
Production normally takes 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Estimated shipping is 5–10 business days for expedited delivery or 8–14 business days for standard delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can receive a full refund if production and Human Assisted Design Service have not started. If human design work has started but production has not, the refund is 50%. Orders cannot normally be canceled after production starts.
