Sales and Refunds
1. Delivery Time
Our delivery time frame includes both production and shipping. All timeframes are expressed in business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.
Production time for building blocks, embroidered hats, and pillows: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (depending on destination):
- North America (United States & Canada): 5–10 business days
- Major European regions (United Kingdom, Germany, France, etc.): 5–8 business days
- Major Asian regions (Singapore, Japan, Korea, etc.): 5–8 business days
- Other supported regions: 5–25 business days
The estimated total delivery time generally ranges from 7–30 business days.
2. After-Sales Period
2.1 Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt via email to support@unicus.fun, including a detailed description and clear photographic evidence.
2.2 For building block products, if there are quality issues or missing pieces, consumers can enjoy one (1) free replacement service within 30 days from the date of purchase by providing the original purchase proof. When applying for replacement, consumers should conduct a thorough inspection and submit all requests at once. After the free replacement service has been utilized, any subsequent requests for replacement will require the consumer to bear the replacement costs.
2.3 UNICUS may not accept or process any after-sales requests submitted by consumers after the specified time limit has expired.
3. After-Sales Acceptance Scope
3.1 After-Sales Service Delivery Restrictions
- 3.1.1 Replacement parts may only be shipped to the original shipping address specified in the order. If a consumer requests to change the delivery address or forward the shipment to another country or region, any additional costs and all associated risks shall be solely borne by the consumer.
- 3.1.2 We do not guarantee the provision of replacement services to certain addresses, including but not limited to APO addresses, FPO addresses, Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), remote areas, or locations not covered by courier services.
- 3.1.3 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the delivery of replacement parts due to customs clearance policies, legal restrictions in the destination country, shipping delays, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond our control.
3.2 Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Minor variations: Slight differences in color or dimensions resulting from display settings or manufacturing tolerances.
- Customer’s change of mind or personal preference: Dissatisfaction with design or style after receipt.
- Image quality issues: Defects caused by low-resolution or unclear images submitted for customization.
3.3 Cases Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Product quality defects: Such as material flaws, significant printing errors, or design defects that render block assembly impossible.
- Incorrect items received: If the delivered product does not conform to the order placed.
3.4 Cases Subject to Negotiation
- Damaged or lost shipments: Once the order has been transferred to a third-party carrier, UNICUS shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage of the shipment. However, UNICUS may, at its discretion, assist the consumer in contacting the carrier and filing a claim where appropriate.
- Where such delays, loss, or damage result from customs clearance delays, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events, UNICUS will cooperate with the consumer in good faith to seek a fair and reasonable resolution, but shall not assume additional liability beyond such efforts.
4. Replacement Requests and Procedure
4.1 Submission of Requests
To submit a replacement or refund request, the consumer must send an email to support@unicus.fun within the applicable after-sales period and include the following supporting evidence:
- The order number and proof of purchase (such as the receipt or payment confirmation);
- Clear photographs of the product showing the alleged defect or issue;
- For building block products, photographs of the assembled product and a screenshot of the corresponding step from the instruction manual highlighting the issue.
4.2 Review and Response
UNICUS will review the submitted materials and respond by email within 3 business days of receipt. If the request is incomplete or additional information is required, the consumer will be notified, and the processing time will be extended until sufficient materials are provided.
4.3 Resolution
- Refunds: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed by a third-party payment provider and are generally completed within 10 business days.
- Replacements: If a replacement is approved, UNICUS will complete production and arrange shipment within 1–5 business days. All shipping and tax costs related to the replacement will be covered by UNICUS, unless otherwise provided under Article 2.2.
5. Additional Terms
5.1 Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities, unless expressly stated otherwise by UNICUS.
5.2 Incorrect Information
UNICUS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
UNICUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Policy Updates
UNICUS reserves the right to amend or update this Sales and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
